Visa for Tanzania

Entry Requirements for Chad

Visitors traveling to Tanzania should check visa requirements before arrival. Some countries (including EAC, SADC and a few others) can enter visa-free for short stays. Travelers who require a visa are encouraged to apply through the online e-Visa system:
https://visa.immigration.go.tz/.
Visas may also be obtained on arrival at major entry points such as Dar es Salaam (Julius Nyerere International Airport) or through a Tanzanian embassy or consulate

Transport and arrival Information

The expected date of arrival for the summit delegates is 14th May, 2026.
Any early arrivals must be communicated in advance and cleared by the summit accommodation committee. Expected departure date is 19th May 2026. Late departures must be communicated and cleared. Please email

By Air – Julius Nyerere International Airport (Dar es Salaam):
Participants arriving at the airport will be received by the summit committee and transported directly to Seascape Hotel.


By Bus – Magufuli Bus Terminal and Shekilango Bus Stop
Guests arriving here can be picked up by the summit committee for transfer to Seascape Hotel.


Note: Please share your arrival detail in advance so the committee can coordinate smooth transport to the hotel 

Local transport

Transport to and from the airport will be provided.

Transport to and from the shopping mall, open market and city tour will be provided.
